1. How We Use Your Request

SouthShoreMarineParts.com is a discontinued and NOS marine part locator operated by One Towne Media LLC. When you submit a part request or dealer inquiry, we use your details to look for your part, which can include sharing the part number and engine details (not your contact info, unless needed to complete a sale you approve) with boatyards and parts counters we contact. We never sell, rent, or auction your contact information.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact & Project Details: Name, phone number, email address (optional), engine make, model and year, part numbers, calculator inputs, and optional engine tag or part photos you choose to upload.
• Technical & Anti-Spam Data: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and basic analytics required to block automated spam bots and verify requests.

3. Calls, Text Messages (SMS/MMS) & 10DLC Privacy

If you check the optional consent box on our quote or callback forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages regarding your part request or dealer inquiry from South Shore Marine Parts and One Towne Media LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a quote. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.

Strict Mobile Opt-In Protection: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Security, Retention & Your Rights

All submissions are transmitted over TLS/HTTPS encryption. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email [email protected] or call (631) 526-2801.
